ITresolves provides tailored training in all business applications.

ITresolves Recognising the needs of each individual, great care is taken to identify objectives and current capabilities before training commences.

The resulting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) forms the basis of a training programme, tailored to individual and company needs.

Training can be delivered either 1:1 or in small groups; and may be held off-site at a convenient venue, or at the convenience of your own offices; in ½ day modules or full days.  Our recommendation being for trainer led, hands-on training, ensuring greater retention of acquired skills.  But all training delivery can be tailored to match client's requirements.

Delegate’s evaluation of courses monitors the effectiveness of training, enabling us to maintain our high standard of course delivery and development, to continually meet client’s needs.
